You can buy a "Dodge" truck it just needs to be a 2012 or older.
You could simply de badge it.
The first thing I did after getting home with my 16 Platinum was remove those ugly Powerstroke badges. I have felt the need to remove any of bling on the '17. That is the one area I like better about GM than Ram or Ford: GM is more tasteful in their naming and badging of their top trim level truck.
