Yes, the door sticker payload weight, should be the actual truck weight, as optioned, minus the GVWR. The web site weights do not reflect all available options.
My truck shows a sticker payload of 3,232, which is actual weight of my truck, plus the 3,232 added together to reach 10,000 GVWR.
