FWIW according to CAT scale my 2015 F-450 weighs 9660lb with hitch, fuel, driver and misc stuff. I weighed with trailer then dropped the trailer and re-weighed so it's my actual weight loaded to travel when I'm pulling.
If you truly need the numbers you listed (5800 and/or 25%) chassis/cab with hauler body would be my choice or larger MDT/HDT.
