I have a 2015 38 RSSA. Mine is loaded with a fiberglass roof, 6500 KW gen, 4 6volt batteries and more. Anyway scaled dry at the factory 17235lbs. 3475 pin. I have not weighed it loaded yet we fulltime. Look at my sig to see my tow veh. I have pulled through most if the mountain ranges west and east. If you want the for it will probably work. The 4:10 is nice and vs a 3:73 which I have had in a previous truck fuel mileage is very similar. I have only owned Rams so as far as Ford's I can't help you.
