It must be a problem with the attitudes. Mine has a crack in the fitting also. Its a 2007 27 FSAK. So what was the outcome yamafan? And to dirtclods, what did ronco plastics do for you, did the weld a new fitting on? Thanks.
Yep they have a special tool the melts the fittings together. Don't waste you time trying to patch it yourself I went through all the BS. - Yamafan1ExplorerI put some high strength felixible 3m scotch weld on the fitting along with a hose clamp. 2 months down the road it hasn't leaked yet. Still holding strong

I have a 2008 attitude z-gravity 23lfs. The fresh water holding tank outlet fitting has a crack on it and it looks as though the fitting is plastic welded into the tank. What is the best way to fix this without taking it to the dealer?
OK don't worry it's not that bad. I have an 2007 19"ft attitude. Mine did the same thing. If you plan on removing the tank yourself empty the tank empty first then disconnected your systems wires from the tank disconnected the other water line from your tank that feeds the other one. Theres two rails that hold you tank in place you will need to remove this all should take you about an hour or so you'll spend more time finding the tools rather then doing the job itself. I contacted Mike Thompson’s RV Super Store in Fountain Valley 714 593-2162 they referred me to Rimco 714 259-1385 they'll take care of you for less then $40 bucks! PS don't waste you time trying to fix it yourself I tried all that. - NHIrishExplorerTry this...I have never used this, but sure would be worth a call...they are a great company to work with.

"Use our Pulverized ABS Polymers to make a strong adhesive for gluing all your fittings to your holding tank. They can also be used to repair minor cracks in your existing holding tank."
Blend 1 to 2 parts Pulverized ABS Polymers with 1 part Acetone. Adjust for desired consistency.
