Your unit does not have a molded fiberglas front cap. Instead, the front cap is basically built in place from flat sheet fiberglas which is relatively inexpensive. Typically the manufacturer will laminate horizontal strips of lauan plywood to the fiberglas sheet and then curve this panel to create the front cap. It doesn't take much water to cause the plywood to delaminate and then the fiberglas sheet buckles and bubbles since it is very thin.
Repairs will take some time, but are not that difficult or expensive. Side, top and bottom trim will need to be removed. Then the front panel can be removed and will likely be ruined. Buy a new sheet of fiberglas and create a new front cap. You may also need to replace or add more horizontal wood stringers across the front to help keep the panel from flexing due to wind pressure. Then reinstall the trim and caulk to prevent future leaks.
