I just passed through Indiana and did not pay fuel tax at the pump because I have a DOT number on my truck. I use it for work and play. So how do I pay the fuel tax so I don't get busted some time later? I asked at the station and they said they didn't have a clue.Any help is greatly appreciated.

Maybe you can find your answer or a contact number on the Indiana Government Website.

Fuel is the same color I wouldn't worry about it. Now if you were using red dye diesel I would be concerned.

In reality, How they gonna know you even bought fuel, and weren't working at the time. They don't have to know everything
