Garmin backup camera

Garmin makes a GPS that I can connect one of their rear cameras to for backup viewing.

has anyone used a Garmin?
cost for both is about 320.00 not bad for a wireless system and GPS
  • Our rig came with the Garmin and really like the camera. Like that when going down the road you can use the camera to see directly behind us. Big help when backing in. Ours has grid lines you can adjust to various widths to help lining up when backing.
  • thanks,
amazing i see some online for 30-60, but i am sure you get what you pay for
  • I have the Garmin 760LMT and BC-20 back up camera. Works well.
Beware you will most likely need extension cable if camera is mounted at rear of 35' fiver

Even in my "little" 28 footer, I need the extension cable. The task to run it for the transmitter to sit in the cabinet above the bed has been on the to-do list for a bit, too many chores at the S&B.

you have the 7" do you ever think it is to much, that is big. my older Garmin is 5. and it fits good in the spot. 7 would be great if it doesn't look out of place

Were are you finding this price? I can find the RV 760LMT for $320 but the BC-20 camera adds another $149.

    X-2 Works very well
  • love my RV760LMT. Have it rigged so I can move the camera from the back of my truck to the back of my fiver.

I guess you get used to it . 7" screen is great. easy to see. The larger screen is a real plus when in camera mode
  • sorry I was looking at the 5" model for that price.
stopped by camping world, they have their brand and tried to talk me into it, but they did not know which camera would work with it. but I think the garmin is still a great unit.
