I think the OP needs to take his truck to a scale. 7100?????? Is it a striped down 2x4 std cab? His sig line says CC, however does not note the 2x4 or 4x4 question.
A 15675 pound GVWR trailer is pushing duallie territory! No truck with a 6K RGAWR is going to be able to handle it. Remember slider hitches are heavier than non sliders.
Searching your other posts, it seems that you have been at this long enough to know that your truck as is basically the wrong tool at this point for a large 5th wheel. Being a crew cab, how many people will normally be riding in the TV?
If you want to purchase this trailer and tow it with his current truck, then you need some Rickson 19.5 rims and tires, and a good set of air bags. You can make it work, however the Rickson wheels and air bags might be a flag waved in Ford's face regarding warranty.
