Wow, sorry to hear it took so much, I also needed to relocate my Gas and Galley drain as part of my install. Mine as a DYI, cost was like less than $10 for the necessary parts.
The Lippert kit came with new U bolts.
Drain moved in about 6"
New 8' gas nipple to move gas line 6"
Gas line side finished.
