Glendale Golden Falcon 25 MGT

The fibreglass above where the hitch tongue passes into the trailer is being broken by the upward movement of the tongue. There was a recall to fix a broken frame and apparently my unit was repaired. Any information I can get about the location of the recall repair would be appreciated so that I can check to see if the break has occurred again. If anyone has pictures of the problem area would also be nice.
