I do not know anything about the falcon but the HR Presidential was their top of the line in 2002. AND HR units had a great reputation in that time frame. This was pre Monaco downgrade in quality. If everything is truly equal, no old leaks, everything working, both floorplans work, I would go with the rambler. But again, I know nothing about the other unit.
