As you can see from my signature we have an older HR Presidential. We lived in it for 3 years. We have had only minor problems and it is a quality RV. I can't comment on the Golden Falcon. Assuming neither one has any major problems and they both have about the same floor plan I'd go with the one that gives you the most storage and counter top space. Those were the main reasons we bought ours.
