I've owned 2 Raptors. A 2006 3612 & currently a 09 380lev. Very few problems with my 2006 Raptor. Which prompted an upgrade to our 2009 Raptor. We have used our 2009 last summer & this summer. The biggest downside to each and pretty much any TH were the tires. We boondock in National Forests so some bumpy off roads etc. Both have held up rather well.
We only dealt with Keystone on the first Raptor for warranty issues. They were very helpful. Quick to respond to any issues and at no time was I ever frustrated. Probably because I didn't have a lot of warranty work, had good dealers & they had just started in the TH business. They've grown a lot & things could have changed. They did replace an awning after warranty for free. It wasn't secured properly and wind took it down. I thought that was very commendable of them.
I need to contact them because the decals are peeling on my 2009 Raptor & I've read where they will send the customer replacement decals at no charge but the customer is responsible for removal of the old ones & install of the new ones.
If I were buying again Raptor would be on my list but I wouldn't rule out other mfgs. Price would be my deciding factor.
