Use the weight chart for the GY G tire. I upgraded from E Wrangler to the GY G tires and ran 85psi for 5 years with perfect wear and not even a flat.

Per GY Tech, weigh each tire use the heaviest tire look at the chart then add 5psi.

Do not run110psi you will have a rough ride, wear the centers out and have less surface area on the road meaning less stooping ability.

Any non believers call GY Tech Support! This is based on up sizing your tire rating.

My 5er's placard recommends the G614's on my 5er be aired to 110 psi...When I went to a Wingfoot distributor and met with a Goodyear Tire Rep, (not sales, but actual tech/Engineering Support), I was told the same thing by him...Run the tires at 110 psi,,,I've seen no center wear at all. Again, it was a Goodyear Rep that told me to run the psi that was recommended by HR, in agreement with Goodyear...no issues with these, and don't notice a rough ride at all...GVWR on my 5er is 16,950#. 39' 9", 4 slides.

People got killed in the Fords that had placards listing low inflation for the weight of the vehicle, based on Fords desire to soften the ride.

same for me 110 lbs and never had any wear problems but new tires every 5 years might make the difference.

I have 6 G614 on my TH, all at 110psi. Last time I scales it the trailer axles totaled 12k, with close to 22k of tires & rims. For what it is worth, slam the electric brake controller at low speed, and you will eat dashboard in my truck. I have NO problem with traction at max tire pressure. As far as rough ride on the trailer, the axles likely have a rough ride, but the centerpoint suspension on the trailer absorbs almost all the bumps before they hit the frame. Between the centerpoint, and trailair triglide, the truck feels RR tracks, but you can't feel the 3 trailer axles cross them.

That is kind of interesting, given the wheel manufacturers tailer the psi rating to the tire they are designed to wear. I wonder if there is actually a case where there the wheel is rated higher than the tire that is on it - beyond those that get changed around by the owners later.

So if they recommend taking the weight off, I wonder if it is better to put the load on the hydraulic leveling system or tires while in storage.

My rims were rated for 2830lbs and the stock GY Marathons 225/75/15 D are rated at 2540. The spare was on a steel rim and was a Tow Max STR E rated at 2830lbs.
