The next issue is that most trailer axles are design near the max limit(unless one orders the axle upgrade), which means the bearings/races will fatigue sooner than expected. Therefore it is a must to pull the hubs and inspect/repack frequently. And from what I have read on this forum, repacked by a reputable service person before taking delivery. Remember the trailer has many miles that were driven from the factory to the dealer.
It is a real shame the RV industry is so lacking in providing a solid product that is built to travel.
Oh lets not forget the springs and hangers. Many trailer mfg's don't even provide adequate hangers, bushings and bolts--
