Heartland customer service is great but be aware that the 1 yr warranty means just that. I am having issues with the ramp on my 20 month old toy hauler. Heartland said "Sorry Charlie". The ramp was built by Lippert so I can't blame Heartland too much. Lippert is also trying the "Sorry" line but I'm still trying to get them to replace it. Obviously a ramp that looks new and never been wet should not have soft spots and it does.
The Lippert "Level-Up" system I have is also not the apple of my eye either. Another story.
