I would ditch the ST and go with a LT either 235/80/16 or 265/75/16 which are good for 3415 at 80psi. I've had good luck with Firestone Steeltex replaced by Transforce good to 106 mph. I only put fresh used takeoffs from PUs on my many trailers. I've yet to wear out a new tire on a trailer and after ten years I recently had to put another set of used on my 5er. I had several blowouts on the new tires in the first 18 months I owned it. The used LT went 10 years without any problems and by then they were 12 years old and getting bald.
