Coach-man- The problem with the Dodge/Cummins is price for us. The ones I found were in that 200-250k mile range and still asking $17-20k. The ones in our budget usually only came with 2wd and/or no crew cab.
The two above do come as 4x4's. In the case of the Japanese Ultra Light truck they also modify the suspension, to make them acceptable as TV's
People use much bigger Japanese Trucks for say custom build 5th wheelers 45ft long
Heavier versions of the IVECO, haul larger 5vers in this case a 36ft one. Going up hills, they would use LPG injection into their small dieselto keep up with a F250/F350 Diesel
