Wow!!! The interior of the Ford does look almost new. I like the Ford better but then I am biased. I wouldn't be afraid of a 6.0L as long as the maintenance on it could be documented. And I have a local shop that specializes in Ford Powerstrokes. I trust them completely and would take it to them to look over the truck before purchase if possible. Good luck, John
