Help!! How do you make the dinette flat in thunderbolt xlr

We have a 2015 thunderbolt xlr 395amp. It has the happijac bunk with dinette. Problem is when you lay the dinette down to be a bed, the backs of the sofa create a big hump right in the middle of the bed. Is there a way to adjust it so it's flat?

    I just noticed on my 2015 Forest River Vengeance 378V also has that problem. It seems to me that one bench is reaching floor sooner than the other one. Was hoping to find out how to adjust that. Mine is made by Happy Jack also. I wonder if there is a way to adjust only one side.
