Last year I had trouble finding an opening in MESA for the first week of March - mega park ($$$) Mesa Regal maybe had 30 openings out of 2000 (?) sites.
Sadly, here in the RGV all parks have LOTS of vacancies and are down again from last year. Fortunately, this Winter the weather has been GREAT here in the RGV versus the last two cold/wet Winters, and from what I've seen on the national weather, the RGV has been more comfortable than AZ so far this season...
