Help needed near Fairfield, CA

Here at Travis AFB and need help with 2 slides. Not opening one because of the noise it makes and afraid it won't close as it stopped closing once. Anyone know a good service person who knows how to correct slide problems. Have a 2008 Carriage Cameo. Thanks in advance.

    Don't know if they have a mobile service........if not they should have a contact for one.

    Sounds like a broken shear pin or a broken gear drive.
    Windows in underbelly will have to be cut to access and locate broken part(s)
