Rookie RVer :C here with a question to help with my research. How do I go about identifying specific 5th Wheel/Toy Haulers that has a garage with minimum dimensions of 8 x 14?

After owning two Class A’s I am beginning to recognize the benefits of what a 5th Wheel /Toy Hauler will have for us. My current trailer that we use for our ATVs is 8x14 which is a perfect fit thats why my research is specific. I currently have a Dodge 1500 with the expectation of upgrading to a Dodge 3500 if the decision is made to trade Class A for 5th Wheel.

You just have to go through and look at floor plans on the manufacturer's website. I think most of the major manufacturers now make haulers with a 14' garage. 8' wide should not be a problem.

Keep in mind, toyhaulers in general are heavy, and if you want a trailer with a separate 14' garage, you will most likely need a 1 ton Dually to pull it, and it will be a big trailer. If you're OK with an open garage, your options open up more, and you don't have to get as large of a trailer.
