When I took delivery of my fiver I asked why no locks on the tank doors. I was told fire regs. So a fireman/policeman could pull the tanks out quickly in an emergency.
Yes, I guess they could use a prybar - but that will take extra time after they run back to the truck and get one. And using it could provide a spark, which could be a bad thing.
