Boy I miss Louisiana.
My lowest tier in CA was 19 cents/KWH and if you turned on the ligths you bumped into tier 2. Tier 4 was 39 cents. I managed to stay in tier 3 except the dead of summer. Moved to RI and they raised rates 25% to near CA rates.
