Florida power and light told me that RV tenants who us fans, tv, Central air, washer and dryer and use of appliances use about 525 kwh on a average per month. To calculate your monthly average electricity bill in Florida is to multiply the kwh say 525 kwh used per month times 14 cents per kwh . 525x 0.014= $ 7.35 per month. That is the amount of electricity you should pay for. And if the park charges an additional $7.50 for a monthly base charge. You should only be paying the $7.35 ( electric charge) + $7.50 (base charge) = 14.85 per month for electric use for one month in 5th wheel. Less usage less money. Anything over that is a red flag.
