Hitch or receiver CLARIFICATION
What gives you the most bang for your buck in terms of reducing the jerking on an open road pull ....a good hitch or good receiver if you can't buy both?
Sorry for the confusion and I was out of town after I posted. I'm looking for a better ride from the chucking I get with the slider hitch on the truck and the factory pin box on the trailer. I don't need the slider capability anymore and was thinking of replacing it with a better hitch hoping that might get me a better ride.
However, I'm now wondering if I would be better off replacing the standard rigid pin box on the trailer first, with a better one if I can't afford to replace both right now. I hope this is a better explanation.
