IIRC there was an OEM version of the B&W that will work with this prep...
the 5th prep.. if you want under the bed, then you gotta do something. this is as good as anything else. but it can limit your hitch choices..
Reese and B&W both make hitches that fit the prep.. I've seen one guy add the prep after delivery.. usually u gotta get it from the factory. ford 5th wheel prep kit

and you can do the B&W turnoverball underbed, and the B&W Companion for roughly the same price, and get the same function too.
