Thanks for all the replies!!!! My buddy's dealer was trying to sell him a slider hitch and rails. From what I've seen after posting my 1st post on this, it seems that Reese designed the factory hitch for Ford thus trying to ensure "exclusivebility" and therefore markets a rail system for other brands to fit their system. Upon further investigation and based on the initial replies, B & W's system will fit right into the Ford set up w/o a problem. Did see online B & W's hitch for about $1,000.00. Reese seemed to be a heck of a lot more thru dealer. Oh, no extra rails needed with the B & W either.
Being a semi driver, he's familiar with getting too close to cab in tight turns VS pushing it while turning. Will pass along info.
