Hot brake drum
One of my brake drums (shoe and drum type) gets much hotter than the other 3 drums.....why is thus? What temp is too hot? Thks

I am thinking this is a trailer we're talking about if not disregard. We had one do this and upon pulling the hub I found the pivot for the brake magnet arm was almost seized. when the brakes applied it would not totally disengage the shoes. The others mentioned above could also be it.
