I have the Husky 16K slider and use with my 2014 Alpine 3010RE. I have zero issues with this unit. The articulated head makes for easy connection of the fiver to the truck hitch if I am out boon docking and not on level ground.
The hitch is quite in operation. I have the teflon slide plate mounted on the fiver pin and I don't know the thing is back there when towing.
So, I would buy this hitch again and have no issues
