I keep destroying my secondary regulator. Help

I have a 2014 Wildcat with a 30 lb tank on each side of the unit. The main two stage regulator is on the curb side with a small 30 psi on the street side. I have replaced this regulator three times a...

It's most likely this. I had both tank pigtails go bad after two years on a new rig. The tank pigtails have a high flow shut off feature in the event of a catastrophic failure and they can malfunction. I would replace these.
