Something similar has happened to multiple friends over the years. All had water inside the trailer. One had the black tank and belly pan drop about 6 inches, others had water exiting the roof vent and pouring off the roof. No one called their insurance, just cleaned it all up with lots of bleach and replaced insulation as needed. The one did have to have the black tank reinstalled by the dealer. In the movie 'RV', Robin Williams had a similar event, this happens to lots of RVers and that is why it was part of the story.
