Installing Laminate Flooring.
We are considering installing Laminate Flooring in the Bedroom of our 5th Wheel and also in the Living Room and in the Living Room Slide. Is it Feasible to install Laminate in the Slide Area?

We used TrafficMaster Ultra Allure, which is a click together, self floating, and water resistant solution. Measure score with a utility knife, break and click. Wears well, now on the slide, it just did not look well where the slide floor met the stationary floor, so we found some remnent carpet that was rugged and the right color,at Home Depot. We ripped out the old carpet, actually insulated under the new carpet mat, and insalled the new remenent carpet. Allowed it to overlap the slide joint by about 4 inches and then use Instabind to bind/bond the edge of the carpet for a professional look. We do a lot of NASCAR races and get a lot of traffic and dirt. DW loves it, as it cleans quickly, only needs a lightly dampened mop. Home Depot has samples so you can pick your color in your RV. It is a little heavy, as it added about 250 lbs but the old carpet weight was over 200 lbs with all the dirt and sand. Carpet is nasty in the main traffic areas...yuck!
