OK. Did a search and my issue may be that they have gone bust.
Have a new "5th" that came equipped with these but the owner's manual for the trailer addresses a leveling system of a different make. Have been attempting to contact IntelliJack by a number of routes to get the correct written instructions for the system but have had no luck. Two questions;
1) Does anyone have the correct telephone number for this company?
2) Is this the correct manual for the model/system (Model #ALRVC9000)?
