Interesting way to tow a 5er

Pretty sure that trunk lid would be folded to the bottom of the trunk if the landing gear was lifted. I'm guessing the hitch was hanging off the fiver and they backed the car under it, lowered it so it sits on the trunk and staged the picture.

Why isn't the bumper on the ground if there was ~2500 lbs on the pin. Hitch looks brand new.
Looks like the last time they tried it it slipped off taking the back up lights with it.
Looks like a semi trailer set up, that pin box would give you 3 feet of bed clearance.

Clearance looks good but really should have put something down to avoid scratches on the trunk lid.

If it were Red Greene, the hitch would be fastened in place with DUCT TAPE, then you would be good to go.

That doesn't look like a B&W hitch :B The fan club needs to have a talk with him .

The RV dealer told him "you shouldn't have any trouble towing it".

This is obviously someone's idea of a joke! This was more or less a "photo op" type thing to get people talking. NOBODY in their right mind would even attempt to tow a fifth wheel this way!

Besides, I'm pretty sure they don't make properly sized brake controllers for Buicks (or whatever that vehicle is). :B:B

Of course, a nice rver could always stop and say, "hey fella, could I tow that to your destination for you?".
