Agree with Chris, on tires/rims/bags, or move to 350 DRW. No point in 350 SRW, unless looking for higher rated stickers.

If OP has the same 18 or 20 tires as the F350 SRW he may just need to bag it like most Ford owners do to fix sag. Again CAT SCALE loaded to how it is going to be used.
