Don't do this. Gooseneck adapters for fifth wheels 1) void most RV chassis/frame warranties, and 2) are known for causing damage to the RV chassis/frame due to the excessive torsion forces placed on the fifth wheel pin box and the front of the RV frame. Much better options are the B&W Companion fifth wheel hitch that uses the turnover ball for mounting or the Andersen Ultimate Fifth Wheel Connection (NOT a gooseneck) aluminum version than anchors to the truck via the turnover ball.
