Is there a hitch adapter for a ball in the truck?

Not sure if I phrased my question properly but I hope it makes sense enough to get help. I recently purchased a new to me dually truck and there is ball already installed in the bed of the truck. ...

I use the Andersen and prefer it over everything else.If the turnover all is B&W or Bulldog you can use Companion.If Curt,only Andersen or Curts X-Rail that adds rais usin the ball hole & they also have it to fit a B&W .
