Is there a hitch adapter for a ball in the truck?

Not sure if I phrased my question properly but I hope it makes sense enough to get help. I recently purchased a new to me dually truck and there is ball already installed in the bed of the truck. ...

Thanks guys! That's the info I was looking for. And after looking at it I do believe it is the B & W turn over ball hitch. When weather warms some so I can crawl under the truck I will confirm.
