Is there a hitch adapter for a ball in the truck?

Everyone is going to have opinions good and bad.
I have the same set up as you Phil.And you can get a fifthwheel hitch that goes in the place of the ball like I have.Hi rise hitch 18k lb
Or you can get one at camping world it is on sale now.It hooks up to your pin box.Which is a goose neck adapter.I have alot of friends use them and not one issue.
