As to grodyman response; This is not a warranty issue per say. It is though in my opinion a design flaw in a sense that you have to stick your head either against the cupboards or duck under the cupboards to wash. As a safety issue all I can say is this; how long would you last doing the dishes before your lower back becomes sore or more severe problems, then in my mind that is a safety issue. The biggest problem you have not addressed is the fact that Jayco did not have to build it like this! With today's engineering and technologies you think they could have done better. If you like I will send you some pics that might change your mind. I should not have to get a cabinet maker to fix this so I can enjoy my rig since Jayco should not have designed it this way in the first place!
