Yes and as long the net profit meets or exceeds ??, they wil be "independent." And how is Jayco or any other subsidiary going to do that? Raise prices? Tuff in a competitive market. Sell more units? Ok but you need to build more units to sell more units. Expedite production? Yes, build in 6 hours.
