I guess a ceiling fan would help..lots of RV's come with them as standard equip.
Or...how about a small, portable, stand alone, plug in A/C unit for your bedroom. They come in all sizes for cooling 100sq feet and up. No install. When you are done camping, take it home to your stick and brick.
