Keystone and warranty work
I just filed a claim with Keystone ( I have a Dutchman Denali) and they are telling me they will not process the warranty work until I submitt a W9 form ( ss info etc ) as they file them under a fed id
Here is part of their statement
Keystone RV and Dutchmen Manufacturing, a division of Keystone RV, is a part of Thor Industries, a publicly traded company. We are required to have a FED ID number on record documenting who all payments are made too. This is done through the submission of a W-9 form
I dont understand why they need a ss number or fedid for a simple claim
Has anyone heard of this
