Keystone president,CEO

Anyone have the name of a C-level executive at Keystone? We were just denied a warranty claim on the front cap finish of our 2012 Cougar, and may try to escalate to someone. Not sure if Campingworld is just not pressing hard enough for us or if the problem is solely with the manufacturer, however we sure are unhappy with the look of the front cap and I know that Keystone has honored the claims for others. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Is the camper still under warranty? If so and you can get no satisfaction, try contacting Trailer Life's hotline.
  • You might get a better response if you park outside the dealership with a big sign pointing out the quality of the units they are selling.
  • Thor now owns Keystone so good luck! There was a lot of paint problems with Keystone but if it's the decal then you're going to be pretty much out of luck.
  • Sounds like a cosmetic issue on a unit out of warranty. Good luck on that one. I doubt that a state's AG would touch that one. Befor clear coat, all automotive finishes use to fade in two years and there is no law requiring clear coat (yet).
  • You could also look into help with your States AG's office. While not RV related, they have been very helpful here for me on a few issues when Big Corporate mentality got in the way.

    Good Luck
  • Depending on the responses here. I would try the folks over at Keystoneforums.com also.
