Ladder?

What are you using for a ladder to clean off the top of your slideouts? Must hold 300#. Fold up preferred. We currently have a Little Giant for our home, but it would take up all of our understorage! Thanks!

  • I also have a folding ladder, mine is 6', double sided with the top shelf. It is 3.5x4.5x75 and fits nicely in my storage compartment. I got it here.
  • I have a folding ladder, that is a 7' step ladder. I have the double sided, climb either side version. It folds to 3.5x 4.5 inches, and is 84 inches long.

I see CW sells them. The only drawback may be the wt rating. It is rated for 225 lbs. This is an osha CYA rating, it is quite strong/stable.

  • Get an elec leaf blower, some PVC with a elbow and a rubber plumbing boot to hook it all together.
  • Mine is carried on somebody else's rig. Never had a problem borrowing a ladder in the rare time of need.
  • Don't you suppose K Charles intended his comment to be a little toungue-in-cheek?

Maybe the OP doesn't have slide toppers ?
  • when the slide goes in all the stuff just falls off the slide topper.
  • Why not fasten it the rear ladder padding it where it touches and using a bicycle chain/lock & secure it. JMHO
