I think this trailer is awesome. Perfect length, can still use the majority of our local campgrounds, yet it not so large that I would have to put the front of the truck into the bushes to back into stalls.
This would be me next trailer if it had a walkaround bed.
I actually think that you'll start seeing more TH's this size. Seems like everyone I talk to lately would be downsizing if they could find a quality <30' trailer that still had lots of amenities (like this one). As my kids are getting a bit older, I can see the advantages to a smaller trailer.
