Figure $400 x 5 by the time you are done for Goodyear G-614's. Then you got another grand plus or minus for HD wheels that will take 110 psi, metal valve stems, mounting, balancing...
The 19.5" conversion is really less than the 16" due to the fact there is a lot more competition as far as tire suppliers. Either way- 16/19.5 you are looking at 3k for wheels and tires.
